<p>Experience how yoga can empower you during your journey through pregnancy and towards parenthood.  Classes are open to women in all  stages of pregnancy and will include gently adapted postures and relaxation techniques that will help prepare both mom and  baby for  birthing, ease common prenatal aches, pains and anxiety and deepen the bonding process.</p>
