Located in the heart of the shops of Oakwood, for over eleven years Inner Dance Yoga Center has offered yoga classes for everyone! We are proud of our diverse community and invite you to join us for classes that are designed to inspire you, challenge you, ground you and support you on your journey. Enjoy!

NEW CLASSES:  Please join our newest instructor Becky Krebs on Tuesday evenings from 7:45-9 for Yoga for Stress Management. This class is designed to help you develop a regular practice using movement, breath, and mindfulness to understand, cope, and perhaps even befriend stress reactions! A Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) session at the end of every class will prepare you for a peaceful night of sleep. Audrey will be adding a new class on Thursday evenings  - LEVEL l from 6-7:15p.m.

BEGINNER BASICS 4 week series, Thursday, 6 - 7:30p.m. (next session begins March 4 ). Four 90 minute semi-private classes to introduce you to the fundamental’s of yoga for only $45.

PRENATAL YOGA CLASSES

Thursday, 7:30-8:45

Experience how yoga can empower you during your journey through pregnancy and towards parenthood.  Classes are open to women in all  stages of pregnancy and will include gently adapted postures and relaxation techniques that will help prepare both mom and  baby for  birthing, ease common prenatal aches, pains and anxiety and deepen the bonding process.
